After reading the guidance below and looked at the relevant links on the previous page, click on “Booking Request” to send an enquiry.
How to fill out the form:
Enter your name and surname.
Enter your email address.
Enter your phone number if you wish.
Check the relevant boxes of what you want to book me for.
Add in the times of the booking, ensuring the start and end times reflect setup and breakdown for the acts you want to book, e.g. 7pm start time and 9pm end time (allows for setup 7pm-7.30pm, warm-up 7.30pm-8pm, performance 8pm and 8.30pm, breakdown 8.30pm-9pm). You can elaborate on these timings lower down the form.
Add in the date(s) of the booking, e.g. Saturday 10th May 2025.
Add in the location of the booking, e.g. Manchester City Centre.
Add in the fees that you are paying me, e.g. £400 for two pole sets AND any travel expenses, e.g. £50 travel contribution.
Add in a message with details about the booking, e.g. booking for a nightclub in town for a hen do.
After that I will get back to you! Please note that you will be required to sign a contract before I enter into any work with you and this is a standard Equity Contract to protect both you and me. I also require you to have sufficient clearance (3m minimum) and spacing for a stage pole if booking me for pole, and safe rigging if you are booking me for aerial (3m minimum).
