My pricing is £1/minute so a 90minute workshop would be £90 - this is a flat rate and allows you to modify the length of workshop as needed, but also charge your students whatever you find appropriate. Travel is to be included for workshops at the rate of 45p/mile for driving or a standard class train fare.
I require a minimum booking of 3h of workshops, especially when travelling outside of Manchester, London and Sheffield.
If you wish to book me for multiple days, at conventions, want to book my other services on top, want to include private lessons or are looking for an intensive, get in touch and we can discuss bespoke pricing.
I will be sending out a contract to confirm bookings for workshops to protect both parties. I require all equipment that I am teaching on to be safe and I will not teach more than 15 people per workshop, with no more than 3 people per apparatus.

Pole Workshops
Night of a Thousand Leg Hangs (Intermediate)
This workshop builds on your love of Gemini, Scorpio and Hip Holds and informs you of all the exciting variations and transitions we can do from these classic moves! Expect backbends, splits, twists, turns and a better understanding of how to use these moves as a springboard to explore variations.
Pre-Requisites: Can get into a Gemini, Scorpio and Hip Hold unassisted multiple times throughout the workshop.
Night of a Thousand Leg Hangs (Advanced)
This workshop looks at challenging variations of your Gemini, Scorpio and Hip Holds, looking at moves similar to Jallegra, No Hands Jade, Bird of Paradise, Choker Jade and Bui Bui Bend. We’ll explore how to safely attempt and regress variations that are really bendy or tricky, as well as useful transitions into Brass Monkey and Pegasus. Progressions available for really advanced students.
Pre-Requisites: Jade Splits, Allegra, Extended Butterfly, can get into a Gemini, Scorpio and Hip Hold at the top of a 2.5m pole unassisted multiple times throughout the workshop.
Genie in a Bottle (Intermediate or Advanced)
This workshop unlocks all the secrets of Genie! We’ll look at entries, exits, transitions, drops, handstands and tons of variations that use different areas of our flexibility and co-ordination. Expect this to be a weird and wonderful workshop!
Pre-requisites: Can get into Genie unassisted multiple times throughout the workshop, especially from a climb high up the pole.
Find me that Brass Monkey! (Advanced)
This workshop will go through the multiple entries and exits from Brass Monkey, be that leg hands, handstands, Ayeshas, seats or Laybacks. We’ll also cover loads of strength and/or flexy Brass Monkey variations that will help you build your understanding of this move, so there will be something for everyone! After this workshop you’ll be even more obsessed with Brass Monkey!
Pre-Requisites: Cross-Knee or Cross-Ankle Release, have attempted Brass Monkey a few times, Shouldermount Dismount from Inverted Crucifix, Extended Butterfly.
Pole Handstands (Intermediate or Advanced)
Do you want to handstand but can’t be bothered spending a small lifetime learning them? Then this is the workshop for you! In this workshop we’ll be covering handstand conditioning and technique before applying this to the pole. We’ll be entering handstands from an inverted position, leg hang position and from the floor. There will be tons of variations suited to each person’s level, so fear not if you’re not Advanced. By the end of the workshop you’ll understand that handstands are not that scary after all!
Pre-Requisites: Can get into a Gemini, Scorpio and Hip Hold unassisted multiple times throughout the workshop. Can do a Stargazer with the hands on, Cross-Knee or Cross-Ankle Release.
Intro to Handsprings and Ayeshas (Intermediate)
This workshop covers your foundations for hands-only moves that usually involve handsprings and Ayeshas. We’ll be covering the basics from conditioning, regressions, progressions, biomechanics, entries and exits - this is a great option for you if you have gaps in your knowledge or need to work on your other side. By the end of the workshop you’ll have a better and safer understanding of how to progress in your Handsprings and Ayeshas.
Pre-Requisites: Bracket Grip Hold for 10 seconds, Butterfly, Gemini, Scorpio, Inverted Crucifix.
Handspring and Ayesha Clinic (Advanced)
This workshop is to troubleshoot any issues you have with Handspring and Ayeshas - we’ll cover entries, exits and biomechanics ensuring you have the correct positioning to work on transitions, combos and re-grips in the future. We’ll be covering lesser-known entries, variations and a variety of grips, as well as conditioning exercises to round it all off. We’ll also look at Ayeshas on the ground in a handstand position and how to safely do Twisted Grip Ayesha.
Pre-Requisites: Extended Butterfly, Ayesha in at least one grip held for 10 seconds, Brass Monkey, Gemini, Scorpio.
Spin Me Like a Record (Intermediate)
This workshop is all about spinning round round, baby right round! We’ll be covering spinning technique, grips and moves that are only realistically possible on spinny, flares and transitions. This is a great workshop if you are relatively new to spinny or want to refine your technique and stamina, as well as learn pathways that make your life easier on spin pole.
Pre-Requisites: All basic spins such as Chair, Cradle, Front Hook, strong climb and can get into a Gemini, Scorpio or Hip Hold in the air unassisted.
Trapeze Workshops
No Invert? No Problem! (Intermediate)
This workshop involves sequences and moves in the ropes that don’t need a true invert - if you are someone who is a bit scared of inverted positions or just wants to increase their knowledge of standing sequences this is the workshop for you! There are options to add a supported invert, as well as make the shapes a lot more challenging or bendy if you are that kind of trapeze student.Trapezes are rigged close to the ground for this workshop.
Pre-Requisites: Gazelle, Star in the Bar, Titanic or Supermann, Confident standing on the bar and can do a few standing moves.
Trapeze Handstands (Advanced)
This workshop involves learning the myriad of trapeze handstands that exist! These are mostly less scary that doing a handstand on the ground and usually involve being wrapped in from an inverted position. We’ll also cover handstand technique on the floor, conditioning, regressions and how to exit safely from these handstands. Trapezes are rigged close to the ground for this workshop.
Pre-Requisites: Can invert into a straddle in the air multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, cross-back in the ropes and understands difference between crochet outside in and inside out.
Tied up in the Ropes (Advanced)
This workshop is part-bondage, part-mad shapes on Trapeze where you’ll cover some of my favourite moves in the air. These will be a mix of bendy, strength and balance shapes from a variety of entries such as Bird’s Nest, Crochet and from standing. There will be something for everyone but get ready to be wrapped in for this workshop! Trapezes are rigged close to the ground for this workshop.
Pre-Requisites: Can invert into a straddle in the air multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, cross-back in the ropes and understands difference between crochet outside in and inside out.
Bendy Shapes (Intermediate)
This workshop is all about using the Trapeze to get into our ultimate bendy form whilst we’re in some amazing shapes. There will be splits, backbends and twists, all of which use the bars or ropes to help us move into more of our flexibility and get that gorgeous shapes. Moves will come from standing, on the bar, under the bar and around the ropes, so get ready for a smorgasbord of shapes!
Pre-Requisites: Covered all core moves in trapeze including Star in the Bar, Gazelle, Standing Moves, Bird’s Nest, Catchers, Backbalance and Frontbalance.
All Roads Lead to Pied Agnès (Intermediate)
Who the hell is Agnès? In this workshop we might get closer to understanding who she is and why she is omnipresent in Trapeze. We’ll be covering a multitude of crossed rope shapes that all have the option of ending up in Pied Agnès which is a classic move, which also looks great on stage and has a variety of exits. Get ready for inverted, standing and sitting sequences that build your understanding of how to manipulate the trapeze to get to a chosen position.
Pre-Requisites: Covered all core beginner and some intermediate moves in trapeze including Star in the Bar, Gazelle, Standing Moves, Bird’s Nest, Catchers, Backbalance and Frontbalance.
Hoop Workshops
Rolling Rolling Rolling! (Intermediate)
This workshop helps you be less rotisserie chicken and more frolicking around the hoop, focussing on rolling movements on the base, middle and top of the hoop. We’ll be covering Snake, Lion, Monkey, Frontbalance, Jade and Single Elbow Rolls in terms of technique, regression and biomechanics. This is a great worksop if rolls make zero sense to you and you want to learn how to gracefully move around the hoop.
Pre-Requisites: Covered all core beginner and some intermediate moves in hoop such as Gazelle, Frontbalance, Front Amazon, Amazon, Backbalance, Cradle, Shoulderstand, Hox on the top bar.
All the Splits Made Achievable (Intermediate)
This workshop looks at Bird of Paradise, Needlescale, Alien Split, Russian Split and Tick Tok Split, but with reasonable entries and a breakdown of the flexibility and positioning required for these moves. If you are someone who has struggled with these moves or are interested in working towards them (including regressions), this is a great option for you!
Pre-Requisites: Covered all core beginner and some intermediate moves in hoop such as Gazelle, Frontbalance, Front Amazon, Amazon, Backbalance, Cradle, Shoulderstand, Hox on the top bar.
Everything’s More Fun with Two Strops (Intermediate)
Let’s be honest, Single Point Hoop is for losers and Double Point Hoop is for winners. So if you want to be a winner, this workshop is for you and you’ll learn all the funky things that you can do with two strops such as handstands, flips, flexibility moves and transitions that are much more stable thanks to the two strops. If you’ve never done Double Point or find it a bit confusing, you’ll be sure to learn something from this workshop!
Pre-Requisites: Covered all core beginner and some intermediate moves in hoop such as Gazelle, Frontbalance, Front Amazon, Amazon, Backbalance, Cradle, Shoulderstand, Hox on the top bar, sit on the top bar.
Dynamic Hoop (Advanced)
Dynamics are bloody scary, but the point of this workshop is to make them a lot less scary and safer. This workshop will cover the biomechanics of dynamic movement, re-grips, how to reduce the margin of error and a variety of moves. This will cover classic moves such as tombé, envelope, frontbalance drop, penny drop and elbow rolls.
Pre-Requisites: Leg Lifts, Straddle, Aerial Invert, Frontbalance, Star in the Bar, Hox Beat.
Twisted like a Turkey (Intermediate)
This workshop looks at a variety of twisted shapes around the hoop on single or double point, perfect for people who like looking contorted, odd or bug-like. All of the shapes that we look at in this workshop can be regressed to those who are less bendy and progressed to those who are bendy queens. Expect moves from a variety of positions such as top bar, side bar and under the bar.
Pre-Requisites: Covered all core beginner and some intermediate moves in hoop such as Gazelle, Frontbalance, Front Amazon, Amazon, Backbalance, Cradle, Shoulderstand, Hox on the top bar.
Chair & Chains Workshops
Chair Workshops
Filthy Choreo (Beginner)
Let’s get absolutely filthy in this beginner-friendly chair choreo! In this workshop we’ll be working on a routine, but focus on how to make the most of pauses in each pose to really ramp up the filthy element. We’ll also look like at how to transition between poses and this will help you understand how to better move around a chair when building choreography.
Pre-Requisites: None! Heels or Socks needed for the workshop however.
Tricks ahoy! (Beginner)
This workshop is all about learning how we can use a chair to do tricks that look absolutely amazing! Tricks will include shoulder balances, basic hand-balances, Frontbalance, Backbalance and inverted positions. By the end of the workshop you’ll have a better understanding of how to stabilise the chair in a way to make amazing shapes.
Pre-Requisites: None! This might be a bit painful on the lower back and hips so bring some layers if needed.
Chair Balances (Intermediate)
This workshop is all about translating handstand theory onto the chair which can make multiple movements a lot more achievable, but fear not there are also balances that will be a challenge. This is great if you enjoy handstands or are curious about handstands but want to try something that can give you loads of nice shapes that are more achievable than free-standing balances.
Pre-Requisites: 5 Press-Ups from Plank Position, Crow Pose for 10 seconds.
Chains Workshops
Intro to Chains (Beginner)
This workshop is all about equipping you with the knowledge to begin chains as a discipline. We’ll cover how to get into and out of the chains, how to create a basic spin, shapes, safe technique and generally just have a blast of the time! After this workshop you’ll be more confidents in using this apparatus and get a step up in your chains journey.
Pre-Requisites: None! Bring layers if you have a low pain threshold as chains can be painful.
Weird Pathways and Sequences (Intermediate)
This workshop looks are slightly mad shapes that I’ve found on chains inspired by circus and pole, which will help you understand how to manipulate the chains to your desired effect. Expect mini-drops, rolls, wraps and transitions that might make your head spin, but will look absolutely amazing on stage. Great addition if you want to expand your repertoire on chains!
Pre-Requisites: Intermediate experience in pole or any aerial discipline. Understands how to get into the chains unassisted from any entry and happy with basic terminology such as straddle, crochet, Frontbalance and Backbalance.
Silks Workshops
Silks Handstands (Intermediate)
This workshop covers a bunch of handstands that look really impressive but are not actually that difficult. These handstand shapes mostly have a shape from crochet and split silks, and the variety of shapes will help build your understanding of using tension in the silks to safely attempt these moves. Expect a variety of bendy, strength and balance silks handstands that will leave you more in love with silks!
Pre-Requisites: Can invert into crochet on split silks multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, Hip Lock, Tourniquet and Catchers.
Pole Moves on Silks (Intermediate)
Find silks terminology baffling and too confusing? If so, this workshop is for you! We’ll cover classic shapes in Pole such as Russian Layback, Side Superman, Brass Bridge, Jade Split, Hello Boys and Superman but on silks. This workshop is also great if you want to increase the amount of shapes in your repertoire and learn various pathways into the same shape.
Pre-Requisites: Strong climb, can invert into crochet on split silks multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, Hip Lock, Catchers, Cross-Back.
Drops with Minimal Faff (Intermediate)
Most silks drops involve circling around the silks like a hungry hyena a thousand times, then remembering 10 different things to do the drop. These drops have few steps and have maximum impact, and will only need you to remember up to 4 steps after you have set-up. We’ll look at drops to single Belay, double Belay, Figurehead, Backbalance and more, but we’ll break down each step nice and slowly to ensure you have confidence in what the hell is going on!
Pre-Requisites: Strong climb, can invert into crochet on split silks multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, Hip Lock, Catchers, Cross-Back.
Cute Shapes Close to the Ground (Beginner)
New to silks? Tired? Love a footlock till the cows come home? This workshop covers all the myriad of shapes from Dancers, Figure 8 and Russian Footlock, but also grounded hip locks, handstand-type balancers and grounded shapes to add to your routines. If you are relatively new to silks this workshop will also have lots of options for you to help you along your journey!
Pre-Requisites: Figure 8 Footlock, Dancers Footlock, Russian Footlock, French Climb, Russian Climb.
Bend Like Cooked Spaghetti (Intermediate)
This workshop is perfect for my bendy queens and aspiring bendy queens! We’ll cover supported shapes that allow you to really get into your flexibility and use the silks in a way to emphasise the shapes you make. There will be a lot of entries from hip lock, split silks and footlocks, so there will be something for everyone!
Pre-Requisites: Strong climb, can invert in the air multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, Hip Lock, Catchers, Cross-Back.

Flexibility Workshops
Safe and Strong Splits (All Levels)
This workshop helps you build a more effective and safer routine in your splits. We’ll cover front splits, middle splits and pancake, focusing on how we can use conditioning, using weights, active flexibility, PNF and different movement types to help you work towards various splits. By the end of the workshop you’ll have many more tools to help you in your goal for splits, and I’ll be giving feedback on your alignment to help correct any technique issues.

Backbends Forever (All Levels)
Backbends are also a girl’s best friend! In this workshop we’ll cover safe backbending technique and how to isolate active and passive flexibility to different areas of the back. We’ll be covering warm-up exercises, isolation exercises and how to bend safely into positions like Bridge, Bow, Foot to Head and Arabesque. I’ll be giving technique tips, give you feedback and arm you with knowledge on how to increase your flexibility safely.

Breaking Down Bendy Shapes into a Stretching Routine (All Levels)
This workshop is all about what you want to achieve! If you have a set of moves you want to achieve like Bird of Paradise, Janeiro, Split Balances, Needlescale positions, you submit them to me before the workshop and we’ll come up with a set of conditioning and stretching exercises that you can work on to achieve that specific position on whatever equipment you want. This is all about creating a stretching and conditioning routine that you can incorporate into warm-ups and flex sessions, that help you towards your move goals!

Performance Workshops
Choreography Emergency! (All Levels)
How do I choreograph? What is choreography? Why am I so stuck making a routine? This workshop uses prompt-based exercises to build choreography across themes, music and apparatus. We’ll be doing a mix of discussion and exercises, group and individual choreography to help build up your confidence in creating choreography! This is great if you are new to choreographing, want a complete different perspective or want to learn about how to transition between elements.
Can be made specific to any apparatus, must be notified ahead of workshop.
Pre-Requisites: Beginner competency on apparatus of choice.
How to Walk and Exist on the Floor (All Levels)
Graceful, elegant and stunning in the air, but gremlin on the floor? This workshop is for you! We’ll be covering how to use a variety of walks to centre choreography, floorwork to link elements and just help you be more confident and have more in your toolbox to be as graceful, elegant and stunning on the ground! If you are someone (like me) with no dance background, this will be great in helping you be more confident when not in the air.
