Silks Workshops
Silks Handstands (Intermediate)
This workshop covers a bunch of handstands that look really impressive but are not actually that difficult. These handstand shapes mostly have a shape from crochet and split silks, and the variety of shapes will help build your understanding of using tension in the silks to safely attempt these moves. Expect a variety of bendy, strength and balance silks handstands that will leave you more in love with silks!
Pre-Requisites: Can invert into crochet on split silks multiple times unassisted throughout the workshop, Hip Lock, Tourniquet and Catchers.
Pole Moves on Silks (Intermediate)

This workshop is also great if you want to increase the amount of shapes in your repertoire and learn various pathways into the same shape.

Drops with Minimal Faff (Intermediate)
Most silks drops involve circling around the silks like a hungry hyena a thousand times, then remembering 10 different things to do the drop. These drops have few steps and have maximum impact, and will only need you to remember up to 4 steps after you have set-up. We’ll look at drops to single Belay, double Belay, Figurehead, Backbalance and more, but we’ll break down each step nice and slowly to ensure you have confidence in what the hell is going on!
